I was very excited to come here. I had my trip here planned since summer time. I had never been here and my son is almost 4 he is able to understand now. So we came here Sat. The 2nd of Oct.2021.for the first time..It was not what I thought it was gonna be😢...We spent more time doing nothing or more like standing around. My son said he enjoyed the tractor ride so that's good. Then after we got back with our pumkins he went to slide down the slide that was made from a tractor. He did that 4 times...the play area is not that big. There is not much to do. Also thought there was gonna be more farm animals than 1 goat. The food here is from spuds. They charge 9 dollars for a hamburger which was just ok...6 dollars for a thing of fries that maybe 2 ppl can share..maybe..but the fries are very greasy... more greasy then McDonald's fries...😱 The apple cider slushies are 5 dollars a piece.when u drink almost half u gotta wait till the ice melts in order to be able to drink anymore...😨 so not a good slushy like sonic slushies...😔 Don't get me wrong the price of the pumkins are good. Spent 10 bucks for 2 pumkins that weighed 17 pounds together. In a way this place is a place to get out of the house for a moment but just wish there was more kid stuff to do for my son/ with him. I was expecting to make a whole afternoon here not just have an hour and half..😭 I am not so sure if we will come back next year. I'll have to see if my son is interested next...

Read moreWe have been visiting this wonderful family farm since 2012. This farm is amazing and affordable. We can't imagine a fall without making a trip to the Savidge farm. Today we had our annual pumpkin picking trip, photos and of course fries from the spud guy! We got home only to find out my husband left his phone at the farm. They called a family member to inform us. My husband called the farm and Mr Savidge was kind enough to wait for him to come back to pick it up. A big thank you from the Davis family!
