My wife and I joined Venture approximately a year ago, and I must say, it has been truly uplifting experience. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted warmly by members of the church, which immediately made us feel welcome and at ease.
The service itself is a perfect blend of tradition and modernity. The hymns were beautifully sung, accompanied by talented musicians who infused the sanctuary with soul-stirring melodies. The sermon delivered by Pastor Lundy is both enlightening and thought-provoking, offering relevant insights into applying spiritual principles to everyday life.
What impressed us most is the sense of community that permeated throughout the service. People from all walks of life came together to worship and support one another, creating an atmosphere of love and acceptance that is truly palpable.
Moreover, the church’s commitment to social justice and community outreach is evident in the announcements of various service projects and charitable initiatives. It is inspiring to see a congregation actively engaged in making a positive difference in the world.
Overall, our experience at Venture has been nothing short of transformative. We left feeling spiritually nourished, encouraged, and eager to return. If you’re seeking a place where you can grow in your faith while being embraced by a loving community, we highly recommend giving...
Read moreI come here because my grandmother likes this church makes her happy and she enjoys everything about this place. I personally don't like this church especially after that non service. More of a commercial for a sports facility and coffee shop that costs millions. 🙄 They had videos a whole entire presentation just asking for money. Where's the millions of dollars for the poor people who are dying on the streets of the bay area? Every church is different and has there own ways this just hit me the wrong way. From my understanding being a Christian is about charity and helping the most venerable. That millions upon millions they are asking for every Sunday with professional commercials. Could be used to help a homeless shelter to save lives. I am saddened that more isn't done for people who are actually suffering. I'm not saying not to go to this church people have the freedom to go where they choose. This is my opinion only that's all. Last I heard they raised 32...
Read moreLots of parking, shuttle service from the parkinglot to the building. People are very friendly and dont make you feel pressured for anything. The pastor is very relatable and isnt afraid to bring up topics that are considered taboo in other churches. Very down to earth and puts himself on the same level as everyone else. The campus is also a private school and all together, the place is huge!! The play grounds are cool and the child care has a new play room and two fish tanks forbthe kids to check out. They make you check in your kids via computer and you have to have a printed tag to pick up your children. They have a security team that monitors both entrances to the kids area and they check you for a tag or a child if your dropping off. Traffic can get backed up once the services are over. It doesnt last to long though. They always have police officers to direct traffic so all the church people stay moving at a...
