All the plants dead. No workers to be found to pick up trash and manicure but as soon as we want to take a family picture we all of a sudden get ran up on by a staff member and says i have to go cross town to get a permit for 25 dollars to take a picture. This is a free aurbortorium and open to the puplic and nowhere do they say you need a permit for pictures. The spot he directed us to with the "info board" about the situation was completely missing along with all the papers. once again stateting nothing about a fee to take pictures. He can run up on us to to pay 25 dollars but he cant upkeep the park or even keep the plants alive or trash picked up. Terrible experience. Will not ever be back and do not advise this place.
