Fort Buhlow Recreation Area — Attraction in Louisiana

I wish I was there right this minute! I love Buhlow lake. The park has good fishing spots, and where the boats let in there is an awesome view of the train Bridge that is very soothing to watch & hear it. The bathrooms were clean & always stocked with tissue & soap. My favorite place here is the walking trails there are 2 mile & 3 mile tracks winding around the huge area. On the trails they have put up very clear directions & places along the trails to rest if you need to. The ball park is mapped out with 2 areas childrencan play on safe & checked our for any things out of order such as plastic slides, rocks, swing chains etc. There is also a Frisbee ( I'm not sure what they call this, people throw Frisbees on a mapped out course & the areas that you throw it to is like about...

There is so much to do here! With the good weather, you can come outdoors and enjoy the facilities. You can reserve a Pavillion for a birthday party, or you can meet your friends for a round of disc golf.
