My 2 chihuahuas had a great experience for their first dog park! The little one had A-blast in the little dog pool, and the bigger 1 enjoyed just being able to run around everywhere . As the human I so appreciate having a place to sit and watch them!

Pelican Park Mandeville offers pickle ball courts in The Grove Field Section. The park offers all types of other sports as well and a dog park. restrooms, water fountains and picnic tables are available throughout. 🏓🥇

I am only rating the disk Golf course. It was under construction, but I wasn't real impressed with the course. Itself, the baskets themselves, this was not, it was okay, it's the best I would give it

GREAT dog park. The grounds are always kept very well and it's usually very clean. The ONLY problem I constantly experience here is people with little dogs constantly bringing them into the large dog side. That's a huge safety issue. It's going to take one time for a dog with a high prey drive to chase down a small dog and hurt it. As it is I constantly see small dogs getting run over by big dogs who are playing. And you know the people who owned these small dogs are going to blame the big dog's owner for their dogs getting hurt. Keep your small dogs on the SMALL DOG side lol. And no, a Chihuahua, is not a large dog. And neither is a puppy that will grow up INTO a large breed. Go by size, not breed. You're 3 month lab might be large eventually, but for it's own safety keep it in the side meant for small dogs in the mean time. It's not worth...

We just had the best time with the girls. A few months ago I saw a group of people playing disc golf and we thought it looked fine. So a few of us bought some discs and were really terrible at first. Actually we still are lol. But this place has a great course and we tend to go out and play a few times a month. It definitely gets hot if you wait too late in the day. I said go as early as you can in the morning to play. Then it’s not so bad if there’s overcast. I don’t know what the deal is with the baskets constantly being moved. We keep thinking we learn the course but then the baskets move all the time. I guess they don’t have enough financing to buy enough baskets to not be moving them every time. Other than that it’s pretty good I just have to stop landing in water and try to...

Here from out of town for my nephew's soccer tournament. Massive complex with no maps. Buildings are named after colors (White Gym, Green Gym, etc) but all of the gyms are painted white. No signs to direct people attending the tournament, the only signs up are clearly from past events. So many people here for games played at noon, and after scouring the entire facility, I've found exactly one concession stand, and all they had were Great Value brand hot dogs that they microwaved and sold for $4 each. Half of the restrooms here are closed and the other half are dilapidated. If there's any justice in this world, I'll never have another loved one assigned to an athletic event...
