Decent private (paid) ramp with water hose available for use after pull-out. The ramp itself is pretty narrow so there is almost no room for error. With the frequent flooding, it is a bit run down. Wooden dock is warped & falling apart. Not a ton of water movement or wind so sometimes debris can be an issue. New ownership is rather greedy. $100 to launch a boat for the day. Worker claimed they were out of day passes, with 6 trucks parked in the grass. Gave no receipt or pass for the truck.
