Limestone Gorge Trailhead — Attraction in Louisville

Great loop through a hilly and wooded area with slabs of limestone and creeks running throughout. Moderate to easy, some steeper inclines but the path is well formed. I didn’t really pay attention to the advice that going after a rain fall can make it treacherous in there…I almost went down a few times (see video) and I had good hikers on. One of my favs trail wise. It's winding and just long enough. 1.25 miles. Not great for all kids. You will spend 40 mins to an hour if you are just enjoying the views and wildlife.
