This place has it all for nature lovers. Loaded with so many features to explore, I easily spend 4 hours here at a time, I'm in love with this place. Take a long hike, walk down to the river, climb up top the rocky cliffs that were carved long ago by glacier, play in the stream running down the whole mountain, see a beautiful lookout over Reading.
Visit relics of the past up the mountain where you'll find lots of stone structures and hidden cellars built into the side of the mountain! This place holds history and mystery.
This place is big, you can fully immerse yourself here and get lost. For nature enthusiasts, there are tons of land variations you'd expect to see in the Appalachian region. Neversink mountain is very diverse.
Great for mushroom hunting and plant...

I didn't notice any restrooms. Their are a lot of rocks to climb on they are a lot more stable then the ones at peace rock. Lots to see and check out. Their were several...

We hiked a power line trail and spent some time admiring a wonderful view of Reading and the Pagoda. Up we went to the pavilion and spent some time there. We took the promenade trail around and then the Upper Glen trail to the...
