This venue deserves 0 stars. We arrived an hour early for the PTV and I Prevail show. After parking almost a mile away and walking to the venue, we had to wait in line for over an hour in a mile long line. Someone suffered a heat stroke right behind us in line. We weren’t even 1/4 through the line when the first of four bands started. After FINALLY getting to the door, we were GROPED by “security” (their untrained staff) and finally got into the show. We were LUCKY to see the final two bands play after “listening” to the first two while in line. Towards the end of the line, we could see that the venue was almost entirely empty but the line was still wrapped over a mile long. During the shows, it was impossible to leave to get water or anything from how packed it was. During PTV, over half the attendees were still in line. There were people passing out in the crowd every 5 minutes and the band crew/attendees were more effective in getting people out. The acoustics and sound quality was way below par. During I Prevail, I was nearly passing out from dehydration and heat exhaustion so I left to get some water. They were OUT of water and the bartender told me they had NO RUNNING WATER! I was given a cup of ice from the well and it literally saved me. Overall, everyone who purchased tickets and the bands themselves deserved better. The show was incredibly oversold and understaffed. Worst venue experience of my life. I’ve waited almost a decade to see PTV live and honestly wish I wouldn’t have driven 8 hours from east Texas to see that show. Should have gone to dallas or OKC.

An older Lubbock venue. From locals, in the process of renovation. Bathrooms are functional, usually port o potty are available. Today's festival the alcohol prices are reasonable for venues. Most are hillside grass seating, fairly large pit area. Despite the asthetics, sounds GREAT for music!! Can't wait to see the improvements.

Fabulous location, we ride shared in. (recommend). Little to no shade,9$ beer.drink water, 70%grass seating on Knolls. Not a problem for us. Bring a low chair, blanket, umbrella, big hat. Aspirin and sunscreen. Our 1st time there, we were sun cooked. And the concert was still amazing.

I hate to give a bad review, worst crowd management & very necessary! We met our daughter who drove from Abilene & we came from Amarillo. The line was absolutely crazy, (wrapped all the way around from beginning of parking lot, back to haunted house, & back around to venue entrance) moved pretty steady, until it stopped moving completely. Next thing we know they were telling people with printed tickets to move ahead (first time I didn’t have printed tickets) We’ve been to this venue many time for larger crowds & never experienced anything like this! Apparently WiFi went down & scanners weren’t working. After missing 3 of 4 bands & 2 hours in line, we had to wait in line for a drinks for about 15 mins, only to find out that everything had to be cash because systems were down, but don’t worry they have ATM’s!!! Another line waiting 10 mins. ATM only allowed $100.00+5.95+$3.00 fee per transaction I-Prevail was great, but we went for all 4 bands, arrived early, & missed majority of the show! Not impressed with property either! Maintenance has fallen short! Multiple bathrooms out of order, nails sticking out of stairs & are a tripping hazard! It saddens me to see how quickly this place has...

Tried to see Pierce the Veil & Fit For a King tonight at this venue — absolutely no hate to the performers, everyone we heard (keyword: HEARD) was amazing! The VENUE however was not prepared for this show — thousands of people were left in line in the parking lot for hours, and the first 2 performers were done at the time that the venue said DOORS OPENED. To clarify, the venue said doors opened at 7 and the show was at 8 — we arrived AT 7 and the headliner was getting ready to go on. Even FURTHER, when we finally reached the gates security didn’t even check us or our tickets, and we only got to see 2 songs. $180 on tickets and we saw TWO SONGS. Multiple medical emergencies happened in this time, to the point where the bands performing had to direct EMT to people in trouble. The venue was clearly not prepared for this show on multiple levels. We are appalled and frankly, angry. We will be seeking a refund. If anyone else shared this experience, PLEASE SAY SOMETHING. This behavior is not acceptable, especially for such a “renowned” venue. WONT BE...
