Powers Strawberries & Farm Market — Attraction in Lumberton

I love you pick farms and Powers is very well set up. The owners have always been nice and the strawberries are great. Take your time and pick the best and you will be in strawberry heaven.

They sale more than strawberries too. I have grabbed sweet potatoes from them and they were great. My household is already use to having baked, mashed or cubed sweet potatoes and it is nice to support a local farmer and get great produce.

Note: this is a family own farmed and has been for 4 generations which is great. I grew up in Illinois where most farms are owned by some big organization and the farmer leases and works the land. It is really great to support a family owned farm and I will continue...
