Caribou Lake — Attraction in Lutsen Township

I'll just assume this a one off for this area, but the lake's only public access site is being used as a public beach?? These random aholes set up shop and completely block the access ramp for hours. If the area police can't even make their presence known so that locals wouldnt even think of doing something like this, than I'll take my tourist money to...
