Great for boating, but swimming is just OK. There is hardly any sandy beach area, and the bottom can be pretty slimy with algae and seaweed. The water is not too cold, though. If you take a boat out to the sandbar, the water is warmer and the bottom...

Nice looking St. park campground, some newer sites down by the lake with asphalt pads to park on. I would stay here if I could get a weekend...
