Heard about this place and it was talked up so much but, it didn't live up to all the hype. Boasts 2 courses but they're right next to each other. One is very up and down steps, which was difficult for my 80 yr old mother. We weren't told that initially. Poorly marked courses and not clear which was which when you got to a certain point simply because they are RIGHT NEXT TO EACH OTHER AND POORLY MARKED! Mostly holes in greens with some rocks and ALOT of rolling as the course we were on #2, was just hills and slanted greens. Your ball just kept rolling most of the time. And, who does the marketing or creation, not a single bear! They had the rocks and junction part but no bears! The ideas flowing in my head that day were endless. Anyway, unfortunately won't be making the drive back. Some may like these courses and the layout, however I was left underwhelmed. Oh, and the traffic noise and motorcycles, very LOUD! Maybe they should have put the courses in the back and their race track cars up front. We thought this country location would be relaxing and somewhat peaceful; not a chance!
Thank you responding however, I feel like you are advertising your business in my response. 2nd, we were told one course more for mom's with strollers and the other not and a bunch of other things but NOT that it had a lot of stairs, etc. 3rd, yes there is a sign that says that but, after that, and since your courses are literally right next to each other without anything seperating them AND, you have two holes numbered the same right next to each other, for customers that have never been there like us, we had no idea which track went which way. It is very easy to end up on the other track at this point! This is the part I'm referring too. A simple fix for this solution is...4th, as for welcoming my ideas, I gave you at least one already. 5th, your review was long for only addressing two items. As a business owner, go through it like a customer and see it from their pov. Maybe then, you'll see where changes are needed, improvements can be made to enhance the customer experience. For us, this just didn't work out and we won't be back. All the...
Read moreThere was an older man who approached my family and accused us of not paying even though we had balls and clubs, so how would we get that if we didn’t pay. Then he was rushing us to finish our game because they were closing, which is understandable, but he was EXTRA rude about it when he expressed this. I just feel like we were racially profiled, and if we were white, he would’ve been way nicer. He was rudely telling us to “hurry it up hurry up hurry”, just being unnecessary asking a bunch of questions about my family members asking who is this what group are you part of etc. We had to split up our party because we had over 20 people with us so of course our games were large and our party was big. He was making the people not playing to come off the mini golf which again is understandable but also, no one else was there, and he was just being a prick. We paid an absurd expensive amount of money to have a good time and this man just ruined it with his attitude and response to us being there at 9:05 when they closed at 9 which we weren’t aware of. I would have not had a problem if he was nice about expressing these concerns but he was very brutal about them and felt like we were being interrogated even though we did nothing wrong. It was extremely disrespectful and insulting to have a worker or possible higher up treat us this way when we paid. Don’t waste your money on this place. There are plenty of better mini golf places around. It is sad because I loved coming here and it’s brought me so many fun memories but this last experience kind...
Read moreMy daughter planned our granddaughter's birthday party (small one) at this place. The PEOPLE were really friendly, the people who ran the bumper car were super helpful and caring, the mini-golf was very varied and all that was great! BUT as for the party gazebo----it was totally disorganized. My daughter spent more time running to the office to ask questions like, What time is the food to be ready?, Will the girls have time after ordering the pizza (which was NOT great) to have one ride or go play?--When we arrived they plunked down 7 cans of warm soda and NO ICE bowl or can to put them in (yuck on a warm day), Then there was nothing said when pizza was served about napkins, plastic forks, and it was generalized chaos! It shouldn't be on a tight schedule and we appreciate they try to let the groups set their own time schedule BUT there should be a printed list of what is available (included) and they should supply the napkins, cutlery and other supplies when they serve the food. The people that we came in contact with were super friendly but they really need more...
