Amazing fields. Lived in Lynnwood for over 3 years and only discovered these fields a year ago. Perfect for soccer - but don't tell anyone.
Took a star off because I cannot believe how long these fields have been closed for COVID. I get that they can't police the place 24/7 to check for social distancing, but they should just post signs that say "Individual Training Only" and if they drive by and see a group playing, they can fine them $250 each. That will keep groups out!
It's just such a shame that in the one time in history when wide open turf fields with great soccer goals are needed (to help keep in good shape after all)... they can't be used....

Although the fields are nice, they're a but unique. The infield is turf and the outfield is grass. In fact, the turf stretches out quite a bit into the shallow outfield. The dimensions of the field are a bit odd too. On the field I was playing on, the dead-center fence was 276', with 20'-25' a high netted fence. Because the field is short, it can be difficult as an outfielder to find a comfortable spot if you're unfamiliar with the field.
Notice to outfielders: be prepared to play deep and to play a lot of balls off...

It can get crowded on weekends during the warmer seasons as it's a popular locale for club teams (soccer and football) to practice. My family loves to excersise along the fields with our dogs as well as play soccer on the field when its open. Cars are within eye-shot so I felt safer from any would-be-prowlers.
