Forget Me Knot Wedding Venue — Attraction in Madison Township

We got married here this last weekend and everything from booking to the wedding was absolutely perfect! Abigail is an amazing host and is willing to help in any way that she can! We also rented out the air bnbs on the property and it made the entire weekend easy from setup to tear down to be able to stay so close. Cannot recommend this place enough.

It was a bit of a drive ~2 or more hours for most of our guests but they all said it was worth it for the beautiful scenery and gorgeous venue. There are a bunch of air bnbs close by as well as hotels and cabins in Athens/hocking hills. Our guests were amazed with the star gazing they were able to do and all of the hikes they went on.

Abigail accepts donations of decor from other weddings that are available for use for anyone that books. But not only that, the way that she has decorated the ceiling of the venue makes it absolutely stunning even without extra decor.

We loved every bit of it! And are so appreciative to Abigail for allowing us to have our wedding here.

I was very disappointed with this venue. It was not stocked with toilet paper or paper towels, we had a dog that showed up and participated in the events of the weekend, there were people mowing at the time the ceremony was about to begin and we had to ask them to leave so that we could have the ceremony. The wedding cake and cupcakes were ruined before the ceremony because ants had covered them. When we made the owners aware of these issues all they said was they were sorry and they recommend purchasing event insurance for these reasons. I would NOT...

This venue is top notch! The owners are absolutely wonderful! They checked in and even stopped by numerous times during the weekend. We rented the venue along with the 2 air bnbs on the property and everything was great! Very clean and well stocked! No complaints at all! The owners go above and beyond to make sure your special day is perfect! They took donations of decor to offer to future brides as weddings are expensive!
