I visited Horseshoe Lake about a month ago while passing through going to a nearby salvage yard. The person I was with knew about this Lake, but I hadn't. So, we went there so I could check it out. I must say it was a beautiful area. The lake was beautiful as well were the surroundings. I didn't get the chance to walk any trails, but at some point, I plan to do so. The part I saw had a built in BBQ grill and a small park. I was told there was another park with a picnic area further down the road. It was not flooded while I was there. I definitely can't wait to check out these trails and what else this area has come spring. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. #Tonetta...
