Yes it is just a big rock, but it's size is impressive. You definitely should see it in person, pictures don't do this rock justice.
The walk is extremely easy and short (mind you I am very rotund with a bad knee) The path is really flat, which is great for the elderly and I'm pretty sure someone in a wheelchair would be able to visit, as long as they can get around the gate.

I discovered if you lick it, it tastes delicious, like New England clam chowda.
