This was my first time here and I actually really enjoyed this trail it's not marked well different trails will lead off to different areas I followed the all trails app just so I would not get lost and it kind of brought me in a zigzag-ish path I managed to do a full loop around which was nice. I also like the fact that there is a gravel road in the middle of the hike which is pretty awesome. We came across a small little body of water way in the back I would definitely recommend checking this place out there's many many different trails here it is good for bicycling hiking bringing your kids taking a walk it's just a beautiful spot.

After years off the bike from some serious trauma, I still put the singlespeed back together for some rides while I wait for more testing as my L2-S1 may need to be fused but Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior gives me the strength to keep ripping the trails. A good workout for the SS, I still have more scouting to do but otherwise a nice trail system. Lots of great features to be had by others visiting, but for me I need to keep it on the dirt, lol

Best place to ride in ct! The trails here are well planned, clearly marked, and have a very good map system that will keep even a first timer on track and having a great time. The parking lot routinely fills up on weekends, but the trails are directional, meaning you will probably not see another mtn biker on the trail.

I was also harassed here for operating a motorized vehicle, they called the cops who met me in the parking lot. I guess motorized vehicles are not allowed here. After a long discussion I understand why. I guess local mountain bikers have volunteered countless hours over the years to make these amazing trails with full permission from the town. One of the agreements the mountain bikers made with the town is that whatever trails they made would not attract any motorized traffic. So that is why they protect this land so diligently. I will come back with my mountain bike, there are hardly any hills here. Plus if you really have trouble with the 150 ft climb you...

Got interrogated by one of the trail maintainers and also had some rude comments from some random rider for riding our class 1 pedal assist ebikes here. Full of elitist snobs who drink the NEMBA koolaid, stay away. Would only recommend if you want to be confronted over doing things that don't actually hurt anyone when you're trying to enjoy yourself outdoors. Will not return as it ruined the ride for us and just made us feel unfairly persecuted over stupid laws. God forbid I want some assistance on uphills because of...
