Mahtomedi Beach — Attraction in Mahtomedi

Disappointed Felt discriminated. there are two "lifeguards," and they came right to us about the kids. They have to know how to swim. Otherwise, we have to be right there next to them. I understand safety, but then again, what is your job? There are like less than 20 ppl, and we have a table right n3xt to the water. Anyhow, it feels like they are worried about the wrong thing, and it feels way racially motivated. As they've only come to us to let us know what we can and can't do. Never coming back here....

This spot was an absolute gem for swimming & paddling! The parking lot does not accommodate for more than a dozen or so vehicles, so arrive early to secure a spot. This location is small and there isn't much parking. It has a private feel to it and probably not for out of the area visitors. It has a wonderful view...
