A gorgeous view of Boston! This is such an easy place to get to, especially if you park near the Woodland Path Parking Lot on Fellsway E. It's not a scary overlook, it's a big boulder with plenty of space and really no fear of slipping and falling down if you are a typical person. I think well behaved kids would love it here, and we saw dogs. Super easy path, maybe some very light walking up rocks... but crazy easy. The trails in this area are much more like walking than what I'm used to, and I think anyone could come to enjoy these. We hiked a circle and kept this as the last point on the circle for some excitement. Definitely recommend looking up the Rock Circuit trail on Alltrails and having it handy on your phone...
Read moreIts the peak of rock circuit trail! Beautiful, not at all crowded, beautiful view of the boston downtown on a spring evening. During winter you can see fell, malden, boston, 360 degrees. Green vagitation kind of blocks the view except boston side. It is a boulder, so will be slippery in thr rain, quite steep for someone not so athletic.
