A beautiful stretch of beach that seems to be meant for nice long walks along the surf. The parking was $3 for an hour when I went and the short hike down to the beach is decently steep, but I was able to make it down with some sturdy sandals. Read moreWe've been coming here for years and the beach is beautiful and peaceful. It's not crowded during the weekday, but weekends are full by noon. People tend to spread out and keep their distance anyway. The water is cold, as you would expect, but still fun to play in. The parking lot fills up by mid-morning and the portable toilets are gross. I don't think they clean them very often. On this particular occasion, trash was everywhere in the parking lot and the toilets were "stacked high" if you know what I mean. ...
