Stay AWAY from this now terrible tourist trap.
There is almost no beach space left because there are expensive private lounge areas that have taken over it. You have to park on PCH because parking here is ridiculously expensive ($45.00 +), and the restaurant food options and quality are mediocre at best. They have also blocked access to the south site of the pier which is total bullshit, as if privatizing that beach area for those residents.
