Dean Park — Attraction in Manassas

I love the walking trail at Dean park. It's easy to up the fitness level of the walk by taking one of the trails that lead into the neighborhood around the park to create a larger loop for your walk, or you can tone it back by cutting a shorter loop. I am not personally a runner, but I often see runners on the trails, and the trails are paved so less tripping hazards than dirt or sidewalk trails. Nice playground area along with basketball ball courts as well as soccer fields and a hand full of paths to walk along. The water park when in season is fun for kids as well and there's the boys and girls club also for kid programming and groups. The Boys & Girls Club meets there and so does Evergreen Community Church which is amazing and so friendly and helpful! Evergreen Community Church has a realtor who was honest and found us a rental when we didn't qualify for purchase and even has a veterinarian who hosts dive in movies for the church....
