Greetings 👋, This morning at 4 AM I visited the Manchester Boat Launch Ramp. For the last 3 years, the same 2 out of the total 9 each Boat Launch Dock’s solar light fixtures are working! This includes the solar power light fixture on the East End of the boat launch dock. Can we use some of the boat launch fees and property taxes to replace the 7 Solar Power Light Fixtures? I understand that there may be a couple in storage? This is SAFETY issue! There’s not an enough light to see with the existing one and only LED low wattage Parking Pole Light fixture at the front of the boat launch dock. Very dark launching and exiting the water! My wife and I ate at Carbon the other night and then wanted to take a walk to see the view iof Seattle across the water.
