Really neat flower farm! Things to note - they change their hours and post it up on Facebook. They initially had it open from 11 - 4, and changed it the Saturday before we showed up to 10 - 4 which is awesome if you want better photos.

Just there to take pics? They charge $25.00 for photography and have a few really cute setups for children's photos. Come early - seemed like there were quite a few professionals doin' they thang.

There are actually two sets of flower fields - one on the right where you park and a better one across the lawn (walk past the main house). Note - you can pick these flowers for purchase, so it seems like if you were just there for photos, it was a little sparse when it came to flowers compared to the wildlife preserve where flower picking was a no-no.

Make your own bouquet seemed awesome - I think it was a flat rate of $13 per bucket they provided you! They also provided snip scissors.

Another thing to note - they have not just sunflowers - there's plenty of different types of wild flowers and even tomatoes (still regret not buying some).

Really cute place. Glad we went - they post status updates on their Facebook page, so check there before heading out should it be rained out or their hours...

This is a beautiful place. It isn’t acres and acres of sunflowers but there are still a lot (3 gardens total). This is easily walkable for small children and a GREAT place to take really nice pictures. You can pick and pay for sunflowers to take home and just relax as you walk through the garden. Also, this is a great couples date as well.

COVID precautions: there are signs that ask that you wear a mask when coming within 6ft of someone but I spread out far enough to where I didn’t wear mine unless I got around someone. (There were very few people around and I went around 12:30pm on a Thursday. I’m sure it’s more crowded on the weekend.) When it came to purchasing staff did have on masks. There are people who entered the facility without a mask but again there’s enough space where you don’t have to come in contact with anyone. I plan to go again and bring my DSLR camera. This place is beautiful and...

Beautiful garden! It's only $13 for a massive bouquet of cut-your-own flowers (mostly sunflowers, plus lots of wildflowers for your bouquet) with no entrance fee. I brought a big water bottle to transport my flowers home in my car's cupholder. They provide clippers and accept credit cards. There are tons of places to take pictures, and even cute props for kids to play with, like wheelbarrows, tractors, wagons, and chairs. They have chickens that you can feed (for free). There is a port-a-potty at the parking area. There are grass paths everywhere but it is fairly steep and rough...not a problem for walking, but it was hard to push a stroller. The employee was really nice and helpful.

UPDATE 2019: For people who don't pick flowers, there is now a $5 entry fee if you are only taking photos--totally worth it as there are a ton of cute places to...

The owner was so kind, and the gardens were so well kept and nice. The pathways were nice and grassy, and they have baskets and snipping tools on hand for you. Even though our group went late in the month, there were still so many sunflowers available to choose from! They usually have water bottles for $1 and sell a few other things for sale as well. Everything is outside and there is an available portable bathroom. Parking was easy as well. I think tickets are required now, so just be aware of that. Definitely a must go if you can, the gardens were beautiful regardless and it was so wonderful to see quite a few sweet bees out in nature.
