Went back in 2017 and totally forgot to write a review of this incredible trip. Met family there and kids loved this experience, as did the adults. The views are incredible and the hummingbirds are everywhere; including one that got caught inside the top of the tower. Glad we reserved this place, instead of camping outside due to the summer thunderstorms that roared through every afternoon/evening. It was nice to be inside and held us all during these storms. The sunsets were incredible every night and we felt alone on top of the mountain. It was a painful process to get this and I tried for years to reserve, so ended up emailing them and they were so nice to give us the following year (2017) to come up and enjoy the serene...

I learned of this place years ago and have had it on my list ever since, but the telephone reservation system was painful and I gave up after a few years of trying. That is until they moved to an online reservation system, which was a huge step in the right direction. I was able to reserve two nights although they were not consecutive nights due to my narrow travel window and drawn out reservation process which was also delayed a year due to a global pandemic.

Everything about this experience felt so old-school and authentic. If you have a chance to experience it you will see what I mean. I don't even know where to start. Loved it! Highly...

Legitimately the most beautiful place in the world. The mountain views are impeccable and only rivaled by the incredible valley on their opposing side. You can see the corner of Mesa Verde National Park and almost up over onto its Mesas. The tower is in great condition and the bright green color and gives it a fun mountain feel. If you’re looking for the most beautiful Airbnb in the world in the most astounding aspen forest on the planet look no further than the Jersey Jim...

This is a once in a life time experience. Plan to go as if you are camping and bring your supplies. The views are incredible! Don't forget to watch the hummingbirds! It is 70 steps to the top and you are at 9960 feet so plan accordingly. We absolutely loved the experience.
