Fantastic service and quality beef. I've been a customer now for 3 years, this year (2023) purchasing two whole steers.

This is a professional operation who pre sells into their stock/inventory long before the butchering season comes around.

Therefore anyone who wishes to buy from Ironstone should likely request to be on the list when it goes out in early spring to their potential customers for each season.

This is not a factory farm/processor and the expectation that some other reviewers have that cows/beef would just magically appear is certainly not a reasonable...
