Liberty Lake — Attraction in Mansfield Township

Went to a family reunion here and the video on this place is a little misleading. Our picnic area was not prepared and there was only one attendant cooking for 120 people. She was not engaging and the food was not up to typical bar-b-que standards. The lackluster buffet was poorly displayed and uninviting. The cold salads were ok but how do you mess up burgers and hot dogs.

There were two barrels of the worst lemonade and ice tea I have ever tasted. This should not be served to anyone. The soda coolers were empty and half way through the meal warm cans of soda was placed in coolers with ice. This should have been done before we arrived.

You had to walk the grounds to search for ice cream. The staff was riding around in golf carts instead of attending to the needs of the attendees.

The park was wet from the store the day before so you could not prevent the mud from the flooding rains.

The weather was great. I would suggest investing in some popcorn carts, cotton candy carts mAybe Churros stands to excite the guest as they walk the grounds. A funnel cake stand would be a nice idea.

All the burgers and hot dogs were precooked and warmed on the grill... x not a good idea. Frozen corn on the cob would look and taste better. Upgrade the buffet and hire staff that are fun and excited to serve you. One attendant is not enough.

The general manager was warm and inviting always smiling.

Nice place for any party. There is so much to do from lake moon bounces, outdoor pool with lifeguard, rock wall climbing, paddle boats, mini golf, food stands, plenty of seating, lots of parking and places to play sports and much more!
