Great public beach! End of July at around 8am, there was just a handful of swimmers and not crowded. Due to the season, there was a lot of seaweed on shore and let’s just say it gave off a strong ocean scent. Towards the southwest end of the beach, the wind blew into the cove where it was trapping all the sediments and seaweed. This SW area was not suitable for swimming or playing. It has public facilities includes showers, bathrooms and playground. PAY at the meter terminal instead of the Flowbird app. PlayStation is only $5 for the first two hours and $2 for each additional hour whereas the app starts out at $5 for one hour or $10 for two hours and $2 per hour after that. Didn’t get 5 Stars due to the over price app vs terminal and strong smell. Over all it was a great place...

This was such a great beach to visit. Its nice and clean and enough space for people to spread out. I absolutely loved the water! We went in the end of May and it was so beautiful. There are also volleyball ball nets, grills, and a playground all very close by. Only con was the cost of parking at a crazy $6 per HOUR on the app that they make you use and there is no shade. Which is so be expected from a beach but it would be nice if they had some covered areas. And this wouldnt be the best spot if you wanted to snorkel. Highly recommend...

Came here for the sunset. We didn’t pay to park but without the app, none of the signs say time or price. One of the bathrooms is under reno but other one was fine. They have a big playground area, including an adult sized-special needs swing and a wheelchair mat to allow for wheelchairs to get to the beach. Bathrooms have a child-sized changing table and are wheelchair/stroller accessible. They also have several small and at least one big pavilion/ picnic area with table(s) and charcoal grill. Freshwater showers/...
