Pacana Park — Attraction in Maricopa

I just wish it were cleaner. I know it is an outdoor park but the picnic tables are covered in dirt or paint or some sort of filth. It would be nice if once in awhile cruise went through with a power washer and spread them off. Otherwise we really enjoy the park. The playground being covered is perfect for the kids to play on for quite some time. I like that they have the wood chips instead of sand because we track a lot less of that home. I have never actually personally used the bathrooms although it is nice they have them really close to the play area. The basketball courts is also close by and of course the new fitness area is a nice touch! It is one of our more favorite parks to go to...

I come here frequently for fishing and enjoy my time here. Decent sized pond. There's definitely some good sized bass and trout here and plenty of blue gill and some monster catfish. This is definitely a more kid friendly park so if you're looking for calm undisturbed park sessions then this isn't the place for you, it's lively and loud a good percent of time with frequent sports events going on. It's a beautiful park with a nice playground and tennis court, also has a basketball court and an open field/ soccer field. I'd say this park is perfect for children to play and make new friends or explore their angling...

My kids love this playground. A couple of swings for toddlers and a couple for taller lil ones. Spinning thing that kids can climb or sit in works well. Two other playground sets available too, one good for shorter kids and the other for taller kids. Public restrooms right next to playground. Basketball and 2 tennis courts right next to the playground. Covered playground and covered picnic area with 6 picnic rubber-covered, sturdy tables. And a workout structure that the kids love testing out and competing with one another on. Great park. Just too hot to enjoy these summer days, but morning...
