This mountain is located just on the side of the road. You'll see it on N. Hidden Valley Road, right before it turns into a side private street.
There is no dedicated parking, just street parking - but you could just see the mountain itself from your car. Note though, it's not really a tall huge mountain, but more-so a pile of boulders piled upon each other. To see the petroglyphs though, it's a short less than a minute walk up to the boulders- unfortunately no accessible parking nor sidewalk. There are also no restrooms or water fountains here.
Once you get up to the lower level of boulders, look carefully and you'll see some markings on them. It does seem you could climb further up, but I didn't see any hiking path. Even just standing at the lower level- I already could get a nice view of the road stretching through the flat farmland and the other mountains in the distance- quite a change of scenery from the downtown cities.
