Zero stars. Out in “left” field with their feelings. Did not hold up to their promise and when called back, the GM was rude and said we were not promised a campsite. So what was the point of calling to reserve a spot and giving all of our information? (Insert curse word) The GM accused my husband of cursing her out when I called back trying to get a site booked. Apparently, she does not know what being cursed out is. She took a curse word personally. They sent me a screenshot of their rules that say profanity will not be tolerated. I find that funny because we were trying to go see Adam Calhoun at their park. I guess once he gets the first sentence out of his mouth, they will tell him to pack up and get out.
They messed up on the site we reserved last time too. Pointless to reserve a spot if you can’t guarantee it. We expect the type of site we reserved when we arrive. When we tried to call them back after being rudely hung up on, they declined our calls. They also blocked me on Facebook. They are too immature to have an adult conversation. They think they are right and could care less about customer service. My advice, go somewhere else to spend your hard earned money.
*My reply to Riverneck.
I completely understand no tolerance for profanity. No one should ever have to be talked to in a way that makes them feel uncomfortable. However, a business should know how to deal with frustrated customers. If you would have told him that you do not tolerate profanity and he continued, then that would be grounds for disconnecting the call and refusing to rent a site. Your employee is the one that told him that we had site 22 reserved. We don’t know where site 22 is or what type of site it is. He was just relaying the information back to you. The reason he called back in the first place is because we never received the email confirmation we were promised...
Read moreWe had a blast , lots of trails to ride and bogs to conquer. There are beautiful Cypress hideaways to view and take pics on the river side of the park. The staff was excellent. They were very friendly and most helpful. There is a nice sized bath house to clean up in and it was very clean. There is also a place to spray off your machines. We didn't get a cabin, but we are planning on getting one in the near future. If you are looking for a great place to take your machine , this is it. Great fun for everyone.
3-15-2020 Back to Riverneck Acres. Once again, had a wonderful time. Lots of mud this time. We maneuvered our way through some tedious bogs. Met some great folks out on the trail. Just gotta love how folks jump right in and help you get out of a tight spot. Really enjoyed it! Great place to bring your machines.

Read moreIt used to be great to be here, but I think that nowadays you need to be more organized and polite with the people who come and spend money here! We are customers above all else, you don't care about things, make a space for children, an area just for them, instead of going up to people and yelling, put up cameras so you know who is really doing something about it, you need to be smart and invest in the great place that you have! It has everything to be a success and it's packed every weekend here, but it's a shame that you don't invest in improvements for the people who come here!! I hope that you improve this place, be business people and have the vision that this place needs! Look for people to work there who like what they do and not just another job! This place needs prepared management that knows how to win people over and not just...
