Hot Springs Cut-off Trailhead — Attraction in Markleeville

This place is kinda popular for the cheap price. It is run by the state of California and you can not expect extras. They have the rule of capacity of 50 people which means you can spend a couple of hours waiting in line before you get soaked. The place needs to be remodeled. It would be a great thing if they made SEVERAL hot water pools since mostly people use the hot water pool. A small affordable restaurant would be a big plus. The best time to visit - any winter morning. Since they change water once a week on Wednesday, the Thursday morning is the best. Nice scenery around. Great place for hiking. The signs say Grover hot spring the pamphlet say Grover hot springs so I am unsure what the name would be since it came up under this.

One large hot spring pool outside in the open another fresh water pool next to it.

$10 each person gets you a day pass come and go as you please till close dont forget to get a stamp.
