This was like stepping back in time. Jimmy Bernard gave us a great tour of what a country General Store and Post Office was like in the 1920's. This is a hidden gem! Thanks! Update: Jimmy,- we made it to the Cochon de Lait on Sunday. The food was great andbwhat I neat experience. Thanks...

The Big Bend Museum is well presented by artifacts of the early French settlers. The program takes you through the culture and way of life during that time period. The grocery store and post office is set up to have you feel what it’s like to live and work during that time period....
