There are two ways to get to the park. One is on the east sides of the bridge, and it leads to The Hideout. I haven't been there yet because I was just trying to locate the place park to walk my pups. It is peaceful. You can walk your fur babies, but be sure to leash them and clean up after them. It's a nice little walk, and it's not real long. Makes a nice stop, get out, and a strench the old hammies, and it's beautiful ๐! Downfall, I'm not sure about it having bathrooms, though, I didn't see any, but they do have some picnic tables and trash bins. We made one round, and we didn't stay long as it wasn't a very long walk. You'll have to make a few rounds to get your steps in. And without knowing or seeing any clearly marked restrooms, I was not ready to make more than one go round. ย ย ย Read moreVery historic place. We read about the tragic story of what happened to the Marlow brothers in 1889 and came to see the monument and cave as well as park. So glad this history has been preserved but sad that the displays were in a state of deterioration. The building where the cave is, has not been kept up. Oklahoma is fortunate to have history preserved this much. Tragic and terrible thing to happen to innocent men, but their bravery should be honored. The Redbud Chapel and park are really neat. We only hope somehow finances will be available to restore the displays and to update the building with cave. We plan to come back and see the museum which we hear is in the...

It was wonderful to see so many kids enjoying the park. Great seating and picnic areas that were shaded.
There is some upkeep and maintenance needed but you can tell it's been well tended. So I'm assuming they handle that during the off season.
