Calvert Regional Park — Attraction in Maryland

I was having a great time walking my dog on leash of course when a woman with a Great Dane let's her dog run free all over the park. He was running everywhere while she was walking along on her cell phone not paying attention. She didn't even have a leash with her. I was so afraid he was going to come up to my dog who is a German Shepherd & there would be a confrontation maybe. I thought I better report her to you because that's totally wrong. It ruined my fun because I felt like I had to leave which I did of course. She was in a white SUV compass. Tag # 3CP 5601. Went here this weekend for a lacrosse tournament and was harrased by the tournament Director saying He would toss Me out for voicing what was a documented tournament rule. He and another man were very rude and obviously were a ubusing what power they thought they had. Very poor behavior from them and did not think I would be treated this way. We drove from NY and were excited to watch our son play but did not think this type of verbal abuse was warranted from grown Men. Shame on them and feel they should be taken from future tournaments. Wish I could have gotten him name but did not want to further talk with him in fear of being removed as He kept saying....

Absolutely love this park it is big clean and the bathroom was clean. (Don't use the big one next to the playground )so many things to play and do, basketball, soccer, picker ball , la crosse, tennis play ground and a walking path around the sports. I have never seen so many fields on both sides of the road. Many trails to walk through the woods . It was really neat seeing all the different cars, trucks, buses and RVs through the woods in the junk yard next to the walking path. My son loves old vehicles and when he saw those he was so happy to try and name the vehicles and try to guess the year he is only 8 years old. It was a...
