Actually amazing! No, really -- so surreal to realize that this little mill has been functioning since circa 1682!! Wye Mill supplied flour to George Washington's soldiers! The displays were very well done with photos, framed original flour sacks, models of the town, original artifacts, and much more. The historical guide was super friendly and knowledgeable! He gave us so much information and patiently answered our myriad queries. Also, there are interactive explorations available for young kids (thru Gr 6) and their parents/guardians. Actual grain grinding can be witnessed in person on the 1st & 3rd Saturdays. Other events also happening include a festival on 8.19.2023.
