Beautiful park that has something for eveyone. Playground for the kids, fishing pier and boat launch. Great views of the sussquehanna! However, this park is over run with stray cats! If you're bringing your dog make sure he/she is well trained to not chase or you're in for a workout. I've watched furbabies literally drag their parents across fields going after the plethora of felines people have dumped. A local program spays, neuters and provides vaccinations so disease isn't an issue but the number of cats here are...

A lovely park down by the water. Great for walking or bicycling. Kayak launching area. Pier for fishing. A small playground for kids and a basketball court. You often see deer on the ride in through the wooded area. There are picnic tables here and there. The view of the water is very nice.

Down side: zero bathrooms or portapotties except during summer. Located away from everything and no bike lanes, so you're forced to drive there. Zero options for food/drink, not even a vending machine or...

I took my wife fishing at Perryville park in Perryville MD. The fishing pier needs to be bigger. There is not enough room for more than 3 families to fish. As for everything else there is baseball diamond, soccer field, biking trails. Over all it's a very nice park. I like to go there specifically to fish. Drive slow down into the park and you can catch very nice photos of deer. There are plenty of bathrooms and even running water spouts. Check it out see...

Rode the motorcycle to this park for the first time. The park is definitely worth a visit. Beautiful views of the water with people fishing and kayaking as well as picnicking, playing softball and playing tennis. There is a nice driving loop around the park along the water. Overall, a wonderful little place to visit and a nice stop on a cycling afternoon.

There is a lot to do for the kids, fishing, play on the zip lines and swings there is a lot of Room and it is beautiful. It's also very nice for a couple, it could very romantic for two. THERE'S plenty of wildlife to see. The last time we were there we saw dear, bald eagles and were greeted by a lot of turkey buzzards. I think that was what they were.

Really nice park along the Mason Dixon Trail. There are some nice benches along the water to just sit and relax. I was able to get some nice photos while enjoying the cool shade. I was able to just sit back and watch the herons and boats go by. Also don't feed the feral cats, I counted three, but I'm sure there are more.
