Do not book “Dinner and a Cruise” with the museum. This event was cancelled day of and we were never notified.
Zach is heading this effort and doesn’t not contact customers when the event gets canceled nor returns their phone calls. Terrible business practice. Myself and friends will not be re-booking next year due to lack of communication and poor management of event. Waste of people’s time and money.
Response to owner's response: Thank you for the response. It's the first I've received. There were no calls or emails received and I verified with a friend who also purchased tickets that she didn't receive any phone calls nor emails stating the event had been cancelled. I provided my cell number twice yesterday and no return calls. I emailed Zach yesterday, no response. I have not been contacted regarding a full refund - was informed during one of my calls to your establishment yesterday that I will receive in 5 business days - but have not received that information in written correspondence.
Updated response 18 Aug 23: Still no refund issued from St. Clements for the dinner cruise nor responses to any email...
