We love coming here and the kids are off da hook excited to come here. They have changed around a few of the bounce activities (subtracted the foam block pit for a squishy mat, added a climbing cage structure and climbing wall, and now a giant inflatable slide). Definitely a place to do birthday, special event or just to blow out some (a lot) of energy! You are able to bring in outside food, as their selection is candles, prepackaged ice creams, pop, sports drinks, and water. There are a lot of metal picnic tables, some pub hight tables and chairs, some comfy couches, and quite a few massage chairs for seating options. There is a semi quiet room and couch to decompress from all the sound and activity. There it a free public WiFi network (very much needed in this Faraday cage and it is excellent for web surfing, good for video streaming, and so so for gaming. This was tested with Speed Test app). The downsides encountered are purchasing of jump packages, unless you come very regularly, become quite difficult to use if you come infrequently, with inexperienced teens that don't know how to find you jump package in the system and the latest as of this review "they changed systems" which is fine but 1) migrate all data from old systems to whatever new systems you adopt, 2) attach all package/s to family and child name so that it can be see immediately by the the cashier, 3) train the staff to recognize this info and present it to the customer upon entering in their name in the system, after all these packages. On training, the staff should also be making far more inspections of the restrooms as there often will be urine on the floor and considering that everyone is wearing socks that gets gross quickly. Also sanitation equipment, in this case a bucket of some type of cleaning solution, and cloth were on the floor unattended and got played in a spilled by a wee little kid. Aside from those frustrating but easily fixable things, this is still a good place to get energy out, work out (believe it or not, it really is a great work out), build agility, and...
Read moreNew management sucks to say least added a arcade which is so expensive with a bunch of horrible games which canceled out the main seating and compromised your ability to see the children then they got rid of the old massage chairs which were amazing the new chairs suck not even ok I used to feed the chairs couldn't wait the new massage chairs are not comfortable and the violate your bottom and don't massage your hands recently I was approached by a new manager and told I couldn't bring outside food which everyone does after speaking to the main manager he said oh no worries just ignore it but today after seeing as usual that everyone was bringing outside food I was approached by the main manager and told that they now were actually enforcing the no outside food rule while I was the only one that got told this other people were not approached mind you I've been to summit in Bellingham and they also alow outside food mind you they sited it was because of allergies but if they are not providing it how would they be liable just ridiculous also they offer a pizza option which they are partners with for a ridiculous 21 ish dollars worst pizza ever like I'm impressed by how bad it is hands down not even edible but the price and since they order it it's cold or look warm at best by the time you get it this is just a move for revenue which will not work people will go elsewhere and if needed will leave food in their cars and go out to snack I mean you can't just change the rules because your gready I'm not alone on this after all they don't have any actual food just overpriced ice cream and snacks and soda but no real food to speak of so yes very disappointing to see this place go in this direction also my area I drive 30 minutes to this place we don't have one or I would stopp the membership I've seen kids hauled off from here to never walk again fights I'll tell ya never a dull moment ps this is the only one I've seen which actually had a security guard but he mainly held down a chair and...
Read moreA few issues... Stood in Long Line (45-60 min) only to be told the waiver needed to be renewed every calendar year. The sales clerk says the info is posted prior to entering. When looked it was on a letter size paper in regular font AND after waiting in the long line the sales clerk said we would have to go back outside to wait in the long line again (45 min to an hour) again after we updated the waiver. SUGGESTION: Post on walls on large posters this important information, let people know in prior visits when waiver is expiring, have a sales clerk dedicated to customers who already waited in a long line complete a waiver and process them. When there is no one left then the sales erk can help the general line. It's just plain good customer service! There is NO chairs to sit! There are several tables/chairs for pre arranged parties. Really they expect the parents to stand for 2 hours! SUGGESTION: If they are going to schedule this amount of parties then close it down to the general public or only schedule a certain amount if parties so general public have a place sit. We are paying good money to be treated like this. No food! I will NOT be returning here. The jumping place in Bothell is so much better than this place. Have a full kitchen with several options of food. Bigger and more jumping options. More comfortable for parents to sit and enjoy TV while keeping an eye on the kiddos. Have gaming options for the kiddos to go back and forth from jump to games... AND DID I MENTION THEY HAVE SEATING AND FOOD FOR ALL! Pretty sure they are not watching their capacity. This place is packed and people are still lined up out the door. NEVER...
