Pearson springs park has a nice pavilion and several athletic fields. Unfortunately for the last several phones I have owned ( Nexus 5, 5x, and pixel 3) across both Sprint and T-Mobile's networks, I lose all cellular service as I enter the parking lot. Also several of my friends have connection issues down on the green belt walking path in the Pearson springs area. Read moreI absolutely love this park for my family and I. We’ve been coming here for years! The younger kids parks are mostly shaded; but I am disappointed that as my children get older, they will be in full sun.
The greenway is mostly shaded and we love walking along there. There’s also ducks and baby ducks….it’s just full of wildlife.
Most of the benches are nice but there are some that need to be attended to. The trash cans are taken care of and seem to have plenty in the area.

Greenway trail connects that can take you all the way to Springbrook in Alcoa if you are that dedicated. Look for the turn into the park from Montvale Station Rd.
