I absolutely love this park for my family and I. We’ve been coming here for years! The younger kids parks are mostly shaded; but I am disappointed that as my children get older, they will be in full sun. The greenway is mostly shaded and we love walking along there. There’s also ducks and baby ducks….it’s just full of wildlife. Most of the benches are nice but there are some that need to be attended to. The trash cans are taken care of and seem to have plenty in the area. We will continue to come here for many more years!!!

Very beautiful park in the morning the whole community comes out this early because the snow is headed our way in Jan so we're just a few months before it gets here. So we're enjoying it now before we take out our blankets and call it a day. The good vibes are all over this trail.

Pearson springs park has a nice pavilion and several athletic fields. Unfortunately for the last several phones I have owned ( Nexus 5, 5x, and pixel 3) across both Sprint and T-Mobile's networks, I lose all cellular service as I enter the parking lot. Also several of my friends have connection issues down on the green belt walking path in the Pearson springs area. That being said, there is free WiFi from the parks and rec department, from the bathrooms, witch covers the parking lot, pavilion, and about half of the...

Awesome park with huge soccer/softball/throw the frisbee fields. Large under cover pavillion that can easily hold 50 people. Bathrooms across the parking area. Greenway trail connects that can take you all the way to Springbrook in Alcoa if you are that dedicated. Look for the turn into the park from Montvale Station Rd. You can't miss the sign next to an apartment complex. Our Parks and Recreation department knows how to do parks, better...
