This is about Jack O’ Lanterns Unleashed. Last year was the first time we went. I noticed many of the pumpkins were not real, but still had a good time. This year, we decided to go again. I thought the displays would be different but they are about 90 percent the same. But, they also didn’t have a lot of entertainment like last year, just one group of dancers. Last year, they also had superheroes, princesses and sci-fi characters like Darth Vader standing by pumpkins with similar artwork, but also interacting with kids for photos, etc. One kid almost lost her composure talking to Elsa. It was so cute. None of this was there this year. The blow up display that played music by the gate wasn’t there either. At $18 a head, I assumed the pumpkins would change or even there would be real carved ones? I watch Outrageous Pumpkins and there has to be artists in the area that would make new sculptures. The Wizard of Oz display I do believe was new. So was the volcano. I probably won’t be coming back next year. I would like to look at pumpkins without a seam and flecks of foam falling off. Why not have a competition with artists making new designs each year with real pumpkins? Like another review said, you could have kids carve real pumpkins, have both human and pet costume contests, other game contests, people dressed up like the themes to be in the field or the tents. I did like the guy inside the drink tent carving pumpkins with potatoes and carrots added. The tent offers a lot of cool photo backdrops. There are opportunities to buy beer or the trail and there are real bathrooms. The midway offers rides that are small but fine and some...

This was my first time to this fair yesterday. Me and my kids enjoyed that their wasn't long lines. I do not appreciate these illegal immigrants telling me and my family tho that we can only ride a ride 3 times in a row. What???? I just bought wrist bands for 6 of us. Spending almost 200.00 just on wristbands and y'all are gonna tell us we can't ride more then 3 times in a row. When I brought this to the people wearing blue shorts. And a cop standing next to them. They all wanted to think it's funny. Even the sheriff wanted to laugh at me. What's funny that y'all allow illegal immigrants to run the rides. Y'all wanna argue their not illegal immigrants but I know damn well they are. Not one person wanted to show me they were in my country the right way. We had one of your illegal immigrants grab a friend of our hand while on the ride. None of them speak a lick of English. If I spend money on wrist bands then my kids can ride the rides as many times as they want...

This fairgrounds is of average size as far as fairgrounds go. The exhibition building I was in, was of a goid size and well lit. Appeared to be a goid place to set up for selling or exhibition of items. I was there for a gun show and it was laid out well. They have restrooms inside, convenient to the exhibition area. I noticed a pop machine along one of the walls. There was also a small room connected to the exhibition room. Which had a vender selling food items for those getting hungry for a bite to eat. Outside the main entrance, there was a teenager and his mom selling home made baked goods for a fund raiser. The items were reasonably priced and...

1st Day Ingham County Fair Mason Michigan 🎡❤️💪💯💪❤️🎡

We went on Wednesday and surprised our granddaughters! It was really big! Supernice! And yes, super expensive! There were 5 of us, and we had to pay 44.00 just to gain entrance into the park! I thought that was extremely high! Then we paid 90.00 for our 3 grandchildren to recieve wristlets.I also understand that the fair only comes once a year, but I cant imagine the people that arrived and were not prepared to pay just the entree fee, let alone the extreme high prices. The children enjoyed their time there because kids are oblivious to the costs. It is for this reason I gave the fair 4 stars.

This is a review of the county fair. $10 to walk in. The only thing you can do without paying is see some animals sitting before slaughter. The picture I provided about sums it up. Yes, that's $50 for a pizza. Or $8 for one slice. A low quality, cooked 2 hours ago pizza. $12 for a bucket of fries at a nearby stall. $7 for a cone of cheap soft serve ice cream. $9 for two chicken tenders. It's full of counterfeit products, such as pokemon. A violation of trademark law. It could be funny to go to watch the people. It's like the lowest of low Walmart crowd in full force.
