Hilltop Haven Wines — Attraction in Maxatawny Township

Stumbled upon Hilltop Haven around Christmastime this past year while shopping at Lehigh Valley Mall, and their setup was just beautiful. Colin was personable and offered a tasting of all of their wines. I’m a die hard Sauv lover, but I tried a few of them and when I say I’ve never had wine like theirs…I don’t know what they do, but they do it better than anyone. I was heading to the gym and made a pit stop at the Fairmount Farmers Market. I wanted fruit and then I saw a wine stand setup - Hilltop Haven't Wines. I asked to taste the AJAX Sweet Red... It was the most delicious wine I'd ever had. It was sweet but not too sweet. it taste strong like a 20 year old port and I wanted to sip but I was in a rush so I swallowed. I bought a few bottles of Hilltop Haven Wines at the local apple festival. We were able to try about 8 different wines and ended up buying 3 different ones. The folks that work for them are so kind and helpful. The wines themselves are DELICIOUS. As far as fruit wines go, these are not incredibly sweet. They are very aromatic and semi-dry.
