The Cobblestone Farm — Attraction in Mayfield Township

This is the hardest review I have ever had to write, because it is almost impossible to describe in words how perfect not only Cobblestone Farms is, but also how perfect Bill and Toni are. Without them, my wedding would have been a disaster. When you choose Cobblestone, you aren't just getting an amazing venue, you are getting the best people in the world to help make your wedding day everything it can possibly be. The knowledge, advice, and help I got from Bill and Toni were more than I could have hoped for. They really went the extra mile to make sure our wedding was perfect. I could not have done it without them. I was worried about having enough people to help set everything up, as most of my friends and family live hours away, but Bill and Toni had it covered. We had a few special requests, and they made sure it happened, even the last minute changes. I cannot imagine my wedding day without them! They can help you find the perfect caterer, florist, DJ, etc and were always available when I had a question. Even when I had to ask it a second or third time. As for the venue, it is absolutely gorgeous. The views, the decor, everything is picturesque. You can decorate it to your taste, or leave it as is, and it will still be amazing. Not one guest could compliment how wonderful our wedding was, without also saying how perfect the venue was. Even my photographers said it was their all time favorite! You couldn't ask for a better place to have your wedding, or better people to help. When looking for a venue, I never thought about more than the place itself, but after planning our wedding with Bill and Toni I realized, it doesn't matter how pretty the venue is, if the people you're working with, don't take the time to get to know you, or truly care about you, and your day. You're more than just clients to Bill and Toni, and your wedding is just as important to them, as it is to you. You really do feel like family here, even your families will feel like a part of the Cobblestone Family! My husband Nick and I could never thank Bill and Toni enough for making our day everything we could have possibly dreamed of and more. For welcoming us always, with open arms, and smiles. For your patience, and advice, the smiles and laughter, and always being there when this clueless bride had even the simplest of questions. But most of all, for just being the kind, wonderful, amazing people they are, without whom, I would not have been able to be a stress-free, blissfully happy bride on her wedding day. Never in my life could I imagine my wedding day being as flawless as it was -- the culmination of every dream, hope, and Pinterest pin. During my 14 month engagement with Jared, we moved to northern Michigan, we began building a home from the ground up, we got pregnant, we miscarried. When people heard that we were planning a wedding amidst all of this, they were shocked, and often said something to the effect of, "That must be horrible!" Well, thanks to Bill and Toni, wedding planning was the most painfree experience of my life. Bill and Toni became family in July of 2015 when we booked our August 2016 wedding at Cobblestone. From then out, they just a text message away. Anything we needed or wanted, they made happen. When we requested to have a branding ceremony on the farm (a Cobblestone first I might add), we feared that they might not be too supportive of us brandishing a red hot iron and burning a piece of wood on their beautiful farm. But actually we were met with excitement and enthusiasm. Not only did Bill and Toni support our unconventional ways, they helped us find new and exciting ways to make our reception unique. In particular, when Bill heard that we didn't want cake, he encouraged us to go with Moomer's Ice Cream, a decision that made our wedding so perfect. Everyone raved about the ice cream! Bill also performed our ceremony, and it was so perfect. He simply understood us. He knew what would work for us. He made our ceremony funny and filled with smiles -- exactly what we wanted. I cannot emphasize this enough. Bill and Toni became family. They weren't our vendors. They were like long time family friends attending the wedding. If I had it over to do again, I'd get married at Cobblestone ten million times over. Bill and Toni, thank you. Thank you so much. My husband and I got married here Labor Day weekend 2018. Throughout this entire year that we've been planning, Bill and Toni were more helpful, than I could have even asked for! We were obsessed with the venue the first time we took a tour and loved what a family/small town feel it had. Growing up in this area and now living out of state, I was thankful to have this opportunity to get married here! Bill and Toni are SO kind and genuine- they really do care about their couples and do an amazing job the day of, making everything perfect! It ended up pouring during our reception ( thankfully we were already in the tent) and immediately- without missing a beat- Bill and Toni were there to make sure that the rain didn't stop us from having a great time. Our guests had nothing but great things to say too and seeing how much fun everyone had playing corn hole, dancing in the tent and taking pictures in the old west photo area- made us so happy and grateful that we made the decision to get married here. I was also fortunate enough to have Bill officiate our wedding ( he made sure to put a fun, personal spin on that too and we loved every minute of it) .
