I really want to give this place 5 stars. It was absolutely beautiful. The views and the serenity were top notch for camping in PA. Super clean and decently large sites. Close to the water for kayaks and canoes. Our favorite place to camp so far. The only problem we had were the skunks at night. Upon checking in we were told about the raccoons, which obviously we were tent camping, there was going to be food around, so we knew to clean up and secure the food from critters. I called the following week to report the skunks, figuring we would have been told about them when they told us about the raccoons, especially since we had dogs. They said the were aware of issues with them. I don’t know why we weren’t told, so just be aware around dusk, you may have a few unwanted visitors. We could not smell them at all. Just heard some scurrying in the brush and...

Nice to launch boats and camo on off days, not enough security to control loud drinkers. My kids witnessed a drunken domestic incident with state police rushing in. Another night just loud drinkers and generators. We launched from the boat launch which has great parking, we're much happier camping out on...
