Goss Berry Farm — Attraction in Mechanic Falls

I prefer to support local farmers wherever and whenever I can. And I happen to enjoy picking my own fruit, whether berries or apples, especially when the set up is as sweet as it is at Goss: clean, healthy, well cared for plants -- loads of fruit with Mother Nature's help. Dig your own potatoes and cut your own flowers, as well as local honey, jams, jellies, fresh green beans, and a warm welcome make this a hard to pass up opportunity, so I don't. Being a front yard gardener I understand and very much appreciate the back breaking work reality that growing crops very much is, so anything that I can do to support those dedicated to providing the rest of us with quality products at reasonable prices I gladly...

Picturesque family farm with plenty of berry picking. Spent a lovely morning with my two littles who loved finding the biggest berries and promptly filled up our collection tray. Prices are better than the grocery store and you're supporting a local farm and family. Fresh picked strawberries warm from the sun are supremely delicious
