By far the worst experience I had in a live Venue tonight. Venue itself is a nice roofed Amphitheater wich a nice stage view. Staff is the most horrible I have encountered anywhere tho. Noone is communicating that you have to have a seat when not carrying a floor ticket. Me along with other people got sent further away and disturbed in our experience for a good 20min of the set of the band we wanted to see. Venue Staff was rude and bossy. Than again when other people stood in the 'forbidden area' walkway, dancing and having a good time, they just let them stand there for the entire set.
The only nice people in this entire place were the lady who checked for the tickets, the police officer on the top left side and the lady taking care of the woman's restroom.
Everyone else has no respect towards the people whom are ultimately paying their paychecks. They really have to readjust their attitude towards their working environment....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUnbelievably terrible concert venue. The doors werenāt opened until an hour after the posted time. Parking was a disordered nightmare, as instructions were unclear and sparse.
They were unfair to those who arrived early by oddly letting people who arrived last, like us, park and enter first.
It was also a complete surprise that parking cost $10, and if you didnāt have cash in hand you have to go find an ATM.
It was raining the day we went to see Robert Plant and so we reasonably took my umbrella for the walk from my car to the covered amphitheater. We were met with another unwelcome surprise in their unposted āno umbrellasā policy. So we were forced to throw it away.
We made it in with cigarettes and a lighter, which I feel like might constitute an actual risk to health and safety. And security clearly didnāt care about some people bringing in ādangerousā umbrellas... see attached.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have 2 complaints: (1) Whoever was in charge of the lighting needed to switch off the lights outside the arena seating areas during the show. Where the 'entry walkway' is located had multiple lights on poles which created a harshly back-lit stage right and while watching the show and facing the stage I had to deal with bright white glaring lights on my right side where we entered the seating sections. Those lights were much too bright to remain on during the concert and it distracted me from enjoying the concert 100% There should have been foot path lighting switched on or some lower lights on lower pole fixtures. (2) Inside the women's toilet was stiffling hot after 7pm with no air circulation, no fan - every woman that entered commented on how hot it was in there. It seemed like the same concrete block buildings from the VA State Fair from the...
