We loved this campground! The staff was friendly and helpful. It has an art barn! My kids loved doing crafts there! They also got a tractor/wagon ride on Saturday all through the campground so it was fun to see all the other campsites. The bathrooms were clean and there was never a wait. There were plenty of poop bag stations for our dog walk. My only complaint (which no one can fix) was our site, number 220, was full of tree roots. It was rather tricky to get level but we did have a gorgeous view of the river and my kids loved being in their hammocks there. The beach was not very big but it was plenty for us and not overcrowded. The kids loved swimming because it was shallow and warm. There was a small playground near us with swings and a log cabin fort. My kids didn't play in it. There was another playground by the art barn that had more things to play on.

We have a seasonal lot there. We love it there. There are a few issues though. The new WiFi is spotty at best. The river is low due repair on the dam. No fault of the park. Told river will be back to normal heights by mid June. On the plus they have a new pavilion. Plenty of play area's for the kids. Smaller boats are on the river fishing. If you do go on the river there are many stumps and shallow area's. Be careful and aware of your surroundings. The boat ramp is usable and and few boaters were using it. Big disappointment having paid extra for our lot. Dogs are aloud this year. Which is really nice. The people running the park are exceptional very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Brower park. If you get a chance come for a visit. You won't be disappointed.

We stayed in cabin 1, it was tucked into the woods out of the heat, right across from the park for the kids. The beach was nice and well taken care of, and all the amenities were kept clean and tidy, the rangers were friendly and always moving around keeping things up to par. If I had any complaints it's that the bath house near our cabins could be updated to match the ones near the beach, but they were still great.

Workers were not friendly whatsoever. Arrived to the park and was greeted by a very unfriendly lady, she was so unfriendy I had to literally ask if she was having a bad day. The parking permit rules for campers is a little much, arrived at 7pm and had to pay the full day pass, then had to pay additional day pass because I was going to be there past 10pm. They will also proceed to stop you and ask if you have a parking permit for your small motorized scooter that you use Solely to go from your camper to the restrooms (which are not the closest).

Campground overall is very nice, but the staff is everything but "family Friendly" and that is the reason for the poor review. I emailed the administration and said if I got a slight explanation I would hold off from a bad review, never got a response so here we are. I truly hope this campground can get the staff that it deserves because it has a ton...
