I have never been to a better tasting room, nor have I had a better tasting experience than at StoneRiver Vineyards in Talent, Oregon. The key element to our positive tasting getaway was Jamie ( a member of the StoneRiver family ) who always makes us feel like we are part of her family. And did I mention the award winning wines? Our favorites are the pinot noir, the incredible red blend Amethyst, and the rare Charbono. StoneRiver is one of the few vineyards in the world producing this rare, flavorful, and delightfully dry red, and is the only winery in southern Oregon to bottle this variety. 🍇 I compare SR to any top wines. I live here and been to most wineries in the area as well as Sonoma and Willamette area. Best hospitality with excellent wines. Due to the value, hurry to buy one if you like because they go really quick from this winery. There is a wine for every palette at SR. I have been a Malbec guy for a long time. At SR I love the Pinot Gris, Petite Syrah, Petit Verdot, and Tempranillo is a favorite in the area which is known for a great Tempranillo grape. Such a fun place to go! Great wine with an incredible selection of varietals. The staff are fantastic! Consistently so amazing! So friendly and welcoming! Lots of fun things to do while you sip some great wine. Darts, shuffleboard, ping-pong, horseshoes, cornhole, a jukebox to choose music, games to play at your table.
