Granite Lake (Four Lakes/Medical Lake area) is different from the Granite Lakes on the west side of Washington near Mt Defiance. While Granite Lake (Four Lakes/Medical Lake area) is a nice little lake, it doesn't have any public access to it. For fishing purposes, Silver Lake (1 mile away) or Medical Lake (3 miles away) would be better options and are both stocked by WDFW. Granite Lake is not stocked anymore by WDFW since there is no...
